Banana Chocolate smoothie

Ingredients: 2 Bananas frozen 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon cocoa powder 1 tablespoon sugar optional Directions: Put everything into blender and blend it for twice. Serve it when it is cool.    

Carrot smoothie

Ingredients: 1 orange 1 banana ¾ cup shredded carrots ¾ cup apple juice 3-4 ice cubes (optional) Directions: Peel banana and orange. Place in a blender with all other ingredients. Blend until smooth.
