- 2-3 potatoes
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼tsp pepper
- Peel and cut potatoes into thin strips of same thickness.
- Soak them in cold water for 10 minutes in which 1-2 tsp of salt is added.
- Drain and wipe dry them.
- Preheat the oven for 5 minutes with the tawa in it .
- Place the potatoes on the hot tawa and cook for 12-15 minutes. Immediately sprinkle salt and pepper. Serve hot.
