- 3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup suji
- 1 cup ghee
- 1¼ cup lukewarm water
- salt as per taste
- Make a soft dough out of the and suji mixed with salt, ghee & lukewarm water.
- Set aside for half an hour.
- Make round balls with the dough
- Brush the baati with ghee.
- Bake the baati in a preheated oven at 180° C for 30 minutes or until it is done
- Once it is cool down break the baatis and pour ghee into them while serving.
