Cheese Omelette

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ onion – chopped
  • 1 green chilli – chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • salt and pepper as per  taste
  • 2 tbsp cheese -grated

Directions

  1. Beat egg. Mix in all ingredients.
  2. Heat a tawa  on medium flame  and grease it with oil.
  3. Pour the beaten egg  on the tawa.
  4.  Flip it on the other side after 2 minutes.
  5.  Cook for another 2 minutes  and serve it hot.
